Carol Carey has been in the business since 1985. As a native Sussex Countian, she has
a lot of local knowledge. In the early stages of her Real Estate career, Carol worked the western Sussex area. For the last 7 years she has done most of her business in the coastal region of the county.
Carol was raised and grew up in Seaford, Delaware. She has a business degree from Goldey Beacom College here in Delaware. In 1985, Carol earned her Real Estate license. In 1987, her hard work and dedication earned her Sussex County Realtor of the year. Since then Carol has held many positions with the Delaware and Sussex County Association of Realtors and is presently serving on the Education and Grievance committees. In 2005, Carol earned her SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) to enable her to effectively work with the retirement population and market in the area.
Because of Carols love for the Rehoboth Beach-Lewes area, she is serving her second term as a Director on the Lewes Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
New construction and multi-family real estate are two of Carols many specialties. She spent five years at The Plantations as sales manager. Carol has a niche in finding out whether a condo or a townhome will suit the customer better than a single family house. She understands construction and can help customers achieve that Dream House they always wanted.
